"Beatrice" is a 40 foot LOA round bilge steel, professionally built cruising boat that has been well proven in the north west of Australia and was sailed to Tasmania from South Australia some time ago. Since arriving here it has cruised to Port Davey and Bathurst Harbour and it's truly a "sailor's boat" with simple well proven systems, strong cutter rig and a tan sail wardrobe and a reliable diesel inboard. Accommodation consists of a double berth forward, semi enclosed heads, spacious saloon with settee berths and a quarter berth too.
